Case Study
Establish And Operationalise Portfolio Management And Governance Structure
Management Challenge:
- In response to COVID-19 pandemic, a collaborative global endeavor uniting various international health partners to ensure fair and widespread access to vaccines, particularly in underserved regions, formed. This required the client to transition the management approach of its portfolio of COVID-19 assets, from an internal-only portfolio governance committee to a novel muti-partners governance framework in charge of Research and Development and Manufacturing (R&D&M) investment decisions
- Transition aimed to uphold synchronisation with the client's internal governance procedures, while optimising the oversight of the portfolio assets in collaboration with other partners
