The client’s portfolio of projects spans multiple therapy areas and are increasingly linked to complex therapies including gene or cell therapies, mRNA, etc. The company had a young workforce, with many of the team in their first or second role out of academia and this placed limits on their understanding of the strategic decision-making process linked to complex therapy development.
